Allowing Cookies in Chrome for SE AETC Website and Caspio.com

Some browsers are set to block cookies that don’t come from the same site you’re visiting, and because we use an outside-service for registration (Caspio.com), those cookies may get blocked. This is true for resetting passwords as well. Please watch this video or follow the directions below on how to properly set cookies for Google Chrome (although rare, other browsers may experience the same problems, but the cookies can be found under your browser settings).

We’re going to start by making sure your information is updated and current.

Step 1:

Visit https://www.seaetc.com/participant-dashboard/update-your-information/

Step 2:

Click either “Secure” or the “Lock icon” next to the address bar.

Step 3:

Click Cookies.

Step 4:

Confirm c0abq076.caspio.com is Allowed (Click “Blocked” to check if it is there). Secondarily, allowing caspio.com is helpful, but not required.

Step 5:

Refresh the page and try logging in or clicking “Reset Password” again to resend the email.
